PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ENQUIRING:

Discounts:

  • Higher tier Patrons (Deputy/Sheriff) get 10% discount on any commission costings. (Not including postage/packing costs).

Deposit and payment:

  • Once your commission is agreed, a £25 deposit is required at the time of placing your order to guarantee your spot. The remainder payment is due upon completion of the art, and before I mail it to you. I'll only mail your art when you're happy with it.

  • You will be invoiced in GBP via paypal.

Legal stuff:

  • Any art that I produce for you is for your personal use only and must not be reproduced for financial gain.

  • I own 100% of the art that I create. This means that I reserve the right to reproduce it in any way that I wish in the future. This includes use on my social media, website and portfolio, and on occasion, limited edition print reproductions (I will always change the design or colourway to an extent, so that your piece remains ‘unique’ to you.) The exception to this rule is when a commission contains personal elements that are unique to the buyer. These won't ever be reproduced.

By agreeing to purchase a commission from me, you are agreeing to abide by these rules.

Turnaround times:

  • Depending on other projects I’m working on, you may be waiting a month or two (or more - depending on the work involved) for your commission. If you have any deadlines (birthdays, etc) that you'd like the art by, I will do my best to accommodate these, but this must be outlined at the time of placing your order.

Delivery and collection:

  • I will always quote postage at cost – but please understand this will include packaging materials to ensure that your item arrives to you safely.

Commission alternatives:

  • I completely understand that not everyone has the means to pay for commissioned work.  If you'd like to suggest an idea that you’d like to see me create, but don't want to commit to a commission, you can always come and say hi over on Patreon.  I have a running list of patreon requests and often get around to these when I find myself with a couple of free hours to draw between other projects.  These usually end up as small-run prints in my store at regular print cost.

Collaborations and commercial projects etc:

  • If you'd like to discuss something i haven't covered above, or you'd like to reach out about specific projects, collaborations, charitable or commercial work please email me hayley@hb0m8.co.uk and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Stuff I won't draw:

  • I will always retain the right to refuse any commission I'm not comfortable with creating.

  • I'm not comfortable producing tattoo designs - sorry! Please consider finding a tattoo artist who's style you love, and that you trust, and work with them to come up with a design that fits your brief. (The thought that I'm responsible for lifelong art on your body fills me with anxiety! haha!) Most tattoo artists are exactly that – artists – they will have their own style that they have perfected, and their best work will always be in that style.

IF THAT ALL SOUNDS OKAY, PLEASE READ ON...

In order to be able to understand your requirements, it would help me massively if you could give me a rough (or very specific, if you have one!) idea of what you'd like drawing, and any extra info I should know- e.g. print size etc, and any deadlines if you have them by completing the form below.

Once I have that info, I’ll come back to you with a quote for the job (or request for further info and/or reference pics if required) and approximate timeframe for completion.  If/when you’re happy with that, you’ll be invoiced a deposit amount to confirm your spot.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND FOR READING TO THE BOTTOM!
